Boston Public Library Watercolor ORIGINAL 21"x29". Designed by Charles McKimm of McKimm Mead and White Architects in 1895, the Boston Public Libary is fine example of Beaux Arts Architecture. I painted this scene from a photo I took in early October of 2018 on a sunny morning during the week day commute. The Westin Copley Hotel and the Prudential Towers frame the composition. The McKimm building is seen at the intersection of Boylston and Dartmouth Streets.
